1. Chat Usage
1.1. Disrespectful behaviour.
1.2. Spamming caps (in Trade Chat).
1.3. Spamming other languages than English in Trade Chat.
1.4. Impersonating staff members.
1.5. Advertising sites or other games.
1.6. Persistently encouraging others to leave the server. No coming back after a ban to create drama, no talking trash about the server nor encouraging others to leave. You can leave if you feel like doing so, and express your opinions in an educated manner. The drama and trashtalk will get you banned.
1.7. Encouraging others to break the rules.
1.8. Defamation: reporting a player without enough evidence of the offense.
2. Account & Character Usage
2.1. Statpadding.
2.2. Skillcutting: The use of third party programs or ingame items (i.e. runes), to get an advantage while in combat.
2.3. Kill stealing (KS): Repeatedly trying to steal the drops from someone that is farming in the area. If the mobs are pulled by someone else, you are not allowed to attack them. Spots as such can't be claimed, only pulls.
2.4. Offensive names: Will be renamed.
2.5. Multilogging abuse. Dual-boxing is forbidden to increase the chances of looting. To statpad, or any other means that can be considered as unfair advantages.
2.6. Scamming. Quickly removing your items from a trade and accepting afterwards, or any other way to scam players.
2.7. Item/account stealing. Getting into other player's account and stealing his/her items, gold or account. Asking for account or personal details (such as password).
2.8. Real life trading: Selling or buying in game items, gold or accounts for real money, virtual currency, or for any other goods/accounts in other games will get both the buyer and seller banned.
2.9. Killing Behind Guard: Only ranged classes are allowed to hit behind guards. So Fighters/Warriors/Defenders/Guardians/Rangers/Assassins please stay out of it.
3. Raids & Drops
1) PvP Raid that is on a PvP zone must be Open. The leader have the right to close it if a player feed/spam/don't listen to the commands. But NOTE that if your reasons for closing the PvP raid is not good enough, you'll end up with a jail.
2) Boss Raid (always open, always Group Loot). Basically any raid near boss spawn, or near a boss:
During regular bosses, a PvP Raid becomes a Boss Raid when at least 4 of their members are in a boss area, regardless of the boss being up or not, and regardless of their members hitting the boss or not.
During events, a PvP Raid becomes a Boss Raid when at least 4 of their members are hitting a boss.
3.1. Solo looting: it is not allowed to DPS a boss while not being in a raid or party, neither while being in a closed raid or an open one with Random or Leader loot. It is not allowed to attain boss drops for one single person by any other means.
3.2. Drop fixing: it is not allowed to kick players, remake the raid, or any other action that fixes the drops for certain members of the raid, neither during a boss nor right before starting it.
3.3. Boss resetting: it is not allowed to reset bosses when competing against a raid from the same faction.
3.4. Boss Hunting: Always notice in trade chat when there is a boss hunt.
4. Exploits & Client Modifcation
4.1 Modifying game client in any way:
4.2. Use of third party programs: This is includes but its not limited to: bots, speedhacks, wall climbers. Even if you didn't use these but you are still taking advantage of them (for example, if you were once summoned in to a temple and kept a movement point there) you can get banned.
4.3. Illegal links. Linking, enchanting or recreating any piece of equipment that its not intended to allow such improvements.
4.4. Illegal map access. This includes but its not limited to: entering CT, OI, Proelium or Cantabilian with higher level characters than the maps are designed for.
4.5. GRB abuse: it is not allowed to run more than one GRB instance per Guild and week, nor exploiting the GRB system in any other way.
